Refund policy

Please Note: Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have a change of mind, or make a wrong selection.

To assist with your selection, we do offer cuttings of most of our fabrics. We will post these out to you, for you to check the colours, texture and partial patterns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We carefully inspect all items prior to being dispatched. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if for any reason the goods have been damaged in transit.
